Garissa Berners

Welcome to Garissa Berners! Garissa Berners was established in 1994 with our first Berner, Belle. How I came to love this breed, it was love at first site at a dog show in 1992 where my sister and myself encountered the most wonder Bernese Mountain Dog name Sunny. Little did I know at that time, he would also become to be such an important part of Garissa Berners.

We are located in beautiful Central Wisconsin, currently there are 4 Bernese living with us. We strive to breed heathly, excellent tempered dogs and with the qualities of the breed standard. Our Bernese are first family companion’s, great care is take to find the families that will ensure a lifetime commitment for our dogs.

I am a member of the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America and the Bernese Mountain Dog Club of Southeast WI. All questions regarding the Bernese Mountain Dog are welcome and if you are looking for a puppy or adult and we do not have any available, I will help you locate a reputable breeder to work with.
